James Jandl, M.A. - Principal
James is a forward-thinking, business executive who, throughout his career, has provided strategic leadership, insightful problem-solving approaches and executive coaching to many high-profile companies including Oxford/On Assignment, Iron Mountain Records Management, The Sheraton Corporation, Aearo Safety, and The Beacon Hotel Corporation.
James has well established experience and skills, with a proven record of leadership success in general management and HR roles in rapidly changing industries. He has conceived and executed major strategic initiatives by transforming organizations to better support rapid growth in global settings. James has served as a strategic advisor to C-Suite leaders throughout his career and has been integral in the evaluation and integration of M&A activities. Of further value is the unique perspective he has developed from his broad experiences in general management, human resources and as a clinical therapist.
Prior to founding Jandl & Associates, James served as Executive Vice President for On Assignment, Inc., Oxford Segment, where he provided operational leadership and was directly responsible for all back-office operations while playing a key role in overall operations. His experience also includes responsibility for all areas of human resources and organizational development, with a focus in organizational design, management development, training and labor relations, primarily in start-up, turn around and high growth settings.
James also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies and the Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business, both at Endicott College.
He has been a speaker and panelist at numerous seminars and classes on topics related to leadership management, business strategy and human resources issues.
James holds a BA and MA in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.
